Senior Java Developer

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions, while leveraging AI-assisted coding tools to enhance productivity and code quality.

Use Claude Code (or similar agentic AI coding tool) daily for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and code explanation Provide clear project context - CLAUDE.md, relevant files, constraints - and iterate multi-turn to obtain usable output Review and verify AI-generated code, recognize hallucinations, and validate against requirements and existing patterns Understand business context and user needs to shape solution design Work independently on well-defined tasks with strong attention to code quality Apply clean code principles and best practices throughout development Collaborate as part of a team, incorporate feedback constructively, and communicate effectively Implement and maintain microservices and web services within the broader system architecture Participate actively in Agile ceremonies within a Scrum/Kanban team 2-4 years of professional Java development experience Proficiency in the Spring framework (Core, MVC, Boot) Understanding of microservices architecture fundamentals Familiarity with messaging/event streaming technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Event Hubs preferred) Skills in implementing WebServices (REST/SOAP) Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in a Scrum/Kanban team Good written and spoken English communication skills Proactive attitude toward problem-solving and continuous learning Familiarity with Azure cloud or other cloud providers Exposure to Kubernetes or container orchestration
