We are currently building in Poland a dedicated team which will focus on advisory in the area of Finance & Performance . The Team will advise our Clients in complex issues relating to Reporting , Budgeting , Controlling processes. We are looking for high‑energy , committed and ambitious people to join our advisory practice. ✨

Next to advising on sophisticated and challenging issues relating to the above areas, our Consulting professionals will also advise on potential solutions leading to optimization of these processes. This will also include applying the newest technologies .

Key requirements:

• Readiness to individually lead Workday HCM Core and Security deployments, including responsibilities described above.

• ️ 3+ years of hands-on configuration experience with Workday HCM Core and implementation experience (at least 2 end‑to‑end cycles).
• Advanced knowledge of Workday's deployment methodologies.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, stakeholder management, advisory, and project management skills.
• ⚡ Comfortable working in a fast, dynamic, changing environment and effectively working under time pressure.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new requirements, client needs, and challenges.
• ⏰ Excellent time and work management.
• ️ Fluent English.
• ✨ Self‑learner and a team player.
• Workday certifications will be a plus.
• Experience with deployment/configuration of other Workday HCM modules will be a plus.
• Knowledge of Polish labor law and applying it to Workday HCM Core requirements will be a plus.

,[Lead end‑to‑end implementation of the HCM Core module and security streams for Deloitte clients of various sizes and complexities., Design and solution business processes and functionalities within the project scope, advising clients on best‑practice process design., Configure proofs of concept and final solutions in the Workday tenant., Conduct testing, manage defect resolution, and ensure solution quality., Deploy the approved solution to the Production environment., Plan and execute work for your stream, including oversight of supporting consultants, following the appropriate methodology (Launch or Your Way)., Guide clients through key project milestones throughout the Workday implementation lifecycle., Engage in pre-sales activities to prepare and run demonstrations and discovery sessions for prospect clients of Workday HCM Core and Security., Develop and share HCM Core and Security knowledge and expertise within the Deloitte CE Workday practice, ensuring being up-to-speed with current functionality, AI additions as well best practices on HCM Core process design., Effectively support both local and international clients in their journeys of implementing, optimizing or extending their HR Technology environments., Facilitate and take a lead in the discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering all elements of Workday Core HCM., Actively support innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets.] Requirements: Security, Project management
