Experience:

• 2+ years of experience working with Creatio (bpm’ online) CRM solutions .
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing Creatio projects for clients.
• Experience in business process analysis, solution design, and CRM customization .

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Creatio platform configuration, customization, and development .
• Experience with Creatio integration tools and techniques (e.g., REST, SOAP, API integration).
• Knowledge of database management, data migration, and ETL processes .

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills , with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client challenges.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Creatio certification(s) would be an advantage.

Work authorization:

• EU citizenship or valid work permit required to work in Poland
