Position Overview:

As an Email Marketing Expert at ArtNaturals, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that engage our customers, promote our products, and drive sales growth. You will leverage your experience in the consumer product goods industry to create compelling content, manage email lists, and analyze campaign performance. This role requires a creative mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for beauty products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy to increase customer engagement and sales.
• Campaign Management: Design, build, and execute email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and product announcements.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging and persuasive email content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand voice.
• Segmentation and Personalization: Utilize customer data to segment email lists and personalize email content for different customer groups.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize email performance and improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics, provide insights, and adjust strategies to achieve better results.
• Compliance: Ensure all email marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and best practices, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in the consumer product goods industry.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and Shopify.
3. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
4. Creativity: Ability to craft compelling and visually appealing email content.
5. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
7. Knowledge: Understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, list management, and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the beauty industry.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email design.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
