Position Overview

As Project Manager, you will oversee the complete delivery of the SAP Concur expense management platform. You'll lead the cloning of an existing Concur setup for rapid deployment, manage decoupling from legacy systems and configure the platform to align with organisational structure and expense policies. Your role will be central to ensuring seamless integration with external systems, coordinating multi-country roll-out and delivering a compliant, user-friendly expense management experience.

• 6-8 years of project management experience
• Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP Concur (Travel & Expense) implementations
• Strong understanding of system cloning, configuration and rapid deployment methodologies
• Experience managing decoupling from legacy systems and platform migrations
• Knowledge of integration with ERP systems, particularly S4 Hana
• Track record of delivering multi-country roll-outs with local and global compliance requirements
• Solid understanding of expense management processes and financial controls
• Experience establishing project governance, managing budgets and mitigating risks
• Strong stakeholder management skills across finance, IT and business functions
• Experience coordinating with external vendors and third-party providers
• Proven ability to lead change management and user training initiatives
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with regional and international teams
• Ability to balance speed of delivery with quality and compliance requirements
