We are looking for an experienced BA Lead!

Your main areas of responsibility:
— Manage department performance;
(KPIs, audits, handbook)
— Grow BA team;
(1×1, performance reviews, assessment evaluations, interviews, PDPs)
— Pre-sale participation.
(workshops, estimation sessions, initial requirements gathering)

Necessary skills:
— At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product manager roles;
— Prototyping skills, BPMN, diagrams;
— Analysis and writing of requirements (business, functional, non-functional);
— Requirements management and their impact on existing requirements;
— Familiar with Google Slides, Sheets, Data Studio, Miro, Confluence;
— Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.

Would be great if you:
— Know iOS/Android review guidelines;
— Know web & mobile payment processing nuances;
— Can read & write database queries.
