Primary Functions:

The Operational Manager will play a key role in supporting the CEO by overseeing daily administrative operations and managing critical projects such as ERP, CRM, and AI agent implementations. This role ensures smooth company operations and efficient project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the CEO with daily administrative tasks and operational management.
• Lead and manage the implementation of ERP, CRM, and AI agent systems.
• Ensure effective coordination and communication between departments and leadership.
• Address operational challenges, improving processes and workflows.
• Track operational performance and provide insights through reports and analysis.
• Ensure timely execution of cross-functional projects aligned with business goals.

Requirements:

• Experience managing administrative functions and overseeing large-scale projects (e.g., ERP, CRM).
• Proven ability to optimize business processes and manage operations efficiently.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams.
