Middle Full-Stack Developer (.NET + React)

We are looking for a  Middle Full-Stack Developer to help modernize and evolve our platform. The product roadmap includes integration with multiple external services, including AI-based solutions. Besides, one of the main focuses of this role will be migrating legacy technologies to modern stacks, improving maintainability, and supporting the development of new features. You will work on upgrading our backend from .NET Framework to the latest .NET version and migrating our frontend from an older React version to the latest React ecosystem, while maintaining system stability and performance. Experience working with legacy systems and modernization projects is highly valued.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer
• Experience with .NET (Framework and .NET 6+) and ASP.NET Web API
• Experience with React and modern frontend development practices
• Good understanding of state management (e.g., Redux)
• Experience working with SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Hands-on experience with JWT authentication and application security best practices
• Experience with styling frameworks such as Bootstrap and Sass
• Familiarity with code quality tools, linters, and best development practices
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and web accessibility standards
• Experience with background job systems (e.g., Quartz or similar)
• Strong focus on performance, security, and clean architecture
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English or higher
• Ability to work from one of our offices: Chernivtsi, Ivano-Frankivsk, or Iasi

Nice to have:

• TypeScript
• CI/CD pipeline experience
• Component and unit testing
• Azure
• Experience integrating external APIs (including AI services)

Responsibilities:

• Migrate backend services from .NET Framework to modern .NET
• Upgrade and modernize the React frontend
• Refactor legacy code to improve maintainability and performance
• Identify and resolve deprecated dependencies and breaking changes
• Collaborate with backend and frontend teams on system improvements
• Ensure best practices in security, performance, and accessibility
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and development workflows
