UI/UX Designer

We seek a mature UI/UX designer to join our R&D team at LetyShops — a global cashback platform offering innovative features to help users save more on shopping.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of design experience, covering both mobile apps and web interfaces.
- Full working proficiency in Figma.
- Profound knowledge of UX principles, frameworks, and tools, experience with user interviews, and product discovery.
- Strong UI skills, understanding of Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines.
- Experience in managing design systems.
- Product mindset: balancing user value with business objectives.
- Background in e-commerce or related fields is a plus.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Portfolio is required.
Responsibilities:
- UI and UX design of LetyShops mobile apps, website, and browser extension.
- Ensuring visual consistency across all platforms.
- Participation in product discovery and ideation process.
- Maintenance of the design system.
