We are looking for a skilled Team Lead to improve our solutions, which enable digital workflows for dental professionals.

You will join a combined team of Ukrainian and Danish developers that build a project named Cloud License. The project provides services for configuration and licensing of our software products, it is a Web application with a lot of integrations with other 3Shape systems.

From the technical side the project uses ASP.net together with microservices approach for the Back-End part, Angular 16 and Materials library for building UI and Azure infrastructure for deployment and GitHub Actions for development.

The project is under active development, so you and your team of professionals will need to constantly create new functionality. At 3Shape, software development is done by self-organizing agile teams, using Scrum as our primary development methodology.

Your responsibilities as a Team Lead:

• Support a team of colleagues, ensuring a welcoming and collaborative culture in the workplace.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to facilitate their professional growth and development.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance evaluations to assess team members’ progress and address any concerns or development opportunities.
• Conduct interviews and on-board the right people for the team.
• Look for ways to optimize team performance, productivity, and efficiency.
• Learn the modern methodologies of management and take care of self-development.

Your responsibilities as a Developer:

• Develop Web services deployed in Azure.
• Develop Front-end for Single Page application.
• Contribute to infrastructure, e.g. using Infrastructure-As-Code (we use Bicep).
• Ensure high code quality, e.g. through reviews, refactoring, processes, code metrics, etc.
• Ensure high maintainability of the code, e.g. through designing and implementing automatic tests.

Your profile:

• A degree in Computer Science or engineering
• 4+ years of software development experience
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership capacity
• Experience in building microservice architecture, distributed and Cloud systems
• Understanding of domain-driven design, event-driven design
• Experience with Frontend web development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
• Experience with Angular
• Experienced in managing responsibilities
• Emotional intelligence and the capacity for critical thinking
• Proficient in English, with good communication skills

Your key skills:

• .NET (Core)
• ASP.NET (Core)

• CSS3 (Flex)
• SQL/NoSQL DBs
• Message Brokers (Azure Service Bus, Event Grid)

Would be a plus:

• Background in Azure, GitHub Actions
• Experience with AKS, Docker
• Experience in building Infrastructure-As-Code (Bicep, Pulumi, Terraform)
• Following coding standards and best practices
• Experience of Agile development and continuous integration tools
