Our client is building a platform that helps clinics deliver evidence-based preventive care. The platform unifies data from EHRs, labs, wearables, and lifestyle sources into clear clinical summaries and personalized intervention plans, enabling clinicians to spend less time navigating fragmented records and more time improving patient outcomes.

You’ll build the platform end-to-end: frontend, backend, infrastructure, and  AI agent integrations. You’ll work side-by-side with our Applied AI team to bring  AI capabilities into the product, owning the systems that make it all work reliably at scale. This is a high-autonomy role: you’ll take features from ambiguous idea to production with minimal oversight, gathering requirements and aligning directly with internal stakeholders along the way.

Key Requirements:
8+ years of professional software engineering experience;
Strong full-stack experience with TypeScript, Node .js, and React ;
Solid backend architecture and API design skills;
Experience with Postgres (schema design, performance, migrations);
AWS experience (production deployment, security-minded architecture);
Strong problem-solving abilities, you break down complex problems and deliver working solutions fast;
Comfortable integrating with LLM APIs and  AI agent patterns;
Uses AI -assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor) as part of your daily workflow;
High autonomy: able to self-direct, unblock yourself, and own outcomes with minimal supervision;
Clear written communicator, comfortable working async in a remote, distributed team;
Thrives in fast-moving startup environments with high ownership and rapid iteration;
English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Bonus points:
Python experience;
Terraform / IaC;
Experience building  AI agent workflows or  LLM-powered features;
Health/regulated-data environments (security, auditability, clinical UX);
Data unification (normalization, provenance, de-duplication);

What you will do:
Lead full-stack features end to end: gather requirements, align with stakeholders, design, build, and ship to production;
Work directly with the founder, product managers, CTO, and Applied AI team to scope and prioritize;
Design and implement backend services, APIs, and data pipelines;
Develop frontend interfaces that surface complex health data clearly;
Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS) with security and reliability in mind;
Integrate AI capabilities and agent workflows into the product;
Operate independently across the stack, driving work forward without hand-holding;
Ship fast, iterate quickly, and solve ambiguous problems with minimal oversight;
