As a Vulnerability Management Operations Analyst , you’ll be a key member of the CSAT VM Operations Team, reporting to the Head of VM Operations. This role focuses on tracking and driving remediation activities, managing daily planning sessions, producing accurate reports, and collaborating with key stakeholders to maintain compliance with SLAs.

Knowledge & Expertise:

• Solid understanding of the Vulnerability Management lifecycle and patch management processes.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, data handling).
• Familiarity with SQL, Cloud technologies; knowledge of API & Python a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, JIRA, ServiceNow, and Confluence.

Technical Mindset:

• Ability to adapt to new tools, including AI-powered platforms.
• Comfortable working with large datasets for issue identification and remediation planning.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication abilities for senior management reporting and stakeholder engagement.
