The role

We’re looking for a Senior Back-end Developer (Python: Django + FastAPI) to join our team. You’ll be building features that directly impact thousands of caregivers and patients — from smart scheduling and alert systems to billing workflows and integrations with third-party services. If you want to work on a product that actually makes a difference in healthcare, this role could be a great fit for you.

Required experience and skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in Python development
• 6+ years of professional experience: PostgreSQL, Django Rest framework
• Experience with FastAPI framework would be a big plus
• Experience with with Redis, WebSockets, ElasticSearch
• Experience with unit testing and debugging (PyTest/Unittest for backend).
• Deployment Experience: Nginx, Supervisor, Git.
• Good understanding of software architecture and scalability.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Maps JavaScript API and WebSockets.
• Working Experience with Angular or another modern frontend framework
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new features from scratch to optimize client workflows and increase operational efficiency
• Build and improve algorithms for dispatching, searching, and other core system functionalities
• Design scheduling systems and implement alert systems to notify clients about critical situations within their business
• Develop and maintain logic for billing, payroll, and price calculations
• User management & permissions
• Develop and maintain stable, scalable APIs for web and mobile applications
• Integrate third-party services and external APIs
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following industry best practices
• Deliver high-quality code on time
• Maintain system stability, scalability, and performance under growing load
