Your Role

As a Purchasing Specialist, you will play an important role in supporting purchasing activities and ensuring smooth cooperation with suppliers and internal stakeholders. This is a great opportunity to grow your experience in procurement within a dynamic, international environment.

Your Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
• A proactive, self‑driven mindset and motivation to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Openness to learning, a hands‑on attitude, and willingness to take initiative.
• Very good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a problem‑solving approach and attention to detail.
• Results‑oriented mindset with the ability to set the right priorities.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including pivot tables and complex formulas).
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant field, with a fluent English (both, written and spoken).
• Willingness to work second shifts (15:00–23:00) approximately 40% of the time.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with sourcing and procurement systems such as Ariba, iValua, SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or similar tools will be an advantage.
