CHI Software is an engineering company with over 800 engineers. We develop custom software and AI solutions for international clients, including Vodafone, H&M, Blackstone, TELUS, and Sephora. We are ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certified, a Microsoft Gold Partner, and have partnerships with Anthropic and Databricks.

We are currently building a scalable outbound system across the DACH, Nordics, Benelux, UK, and MENA markets. We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to strengthen our team.

Who we are looking for

Not just someone who sends invites, but a person who can build and run an outbound system end-to-end: from ICP definition and data enrichment to campaign execution, analytics, and scaling.

What you will do

• Launch and manage outbound campaigns via LinkedIn and email across target markets
• Build and enrich lead lists in Clay (enrichment, segmentation, ICP-based scoring)
• Set up and manage multi-account campaigns in HeyReach and other automation tools
• Write short, personalized outreach messages and follow-up sequences
• Maintain CRM, keep data up to date, and pass qualified leads to BD / Sales
• Test messaging, channels, and segments; analyze performance and scale what works

What we expect

• 1.5–2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation / outbound
• Hands-on experience with HeyReach and Clay (must-have)
• Strong understanding of outbound methodology: ICP, segmentation, personalization, follow-ups, deliverability
• Confident user of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• English level B2+ (you will write outreach messages independently)
• High attention to detail, structured thinking, and ability to work autonomously

Nice to have

• Experience with Zoho (CRM / Campaigns)
• Background in IT outsourcing or B2B services
• Experience with AI tools for outreach (e.g., Claude) and no-code automation (Make / Zapier / n8n)
• Experience working with Western markets (DACH, Nordics, Benelux, UK, MENA)
