Who are we looking for

We are looking for an  AI Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning (ML) solutions that address complex business challenges. This role focuses on building high-performing AI applications in a cloud environment, integrating cutting-edge models such as large language models (LLMs), and leveraging advanced tools for data processing and knowledge retrieval. The AI Engineer works on solutions end-to-end, from ideation to production deployment, while staying updated with emerging trends and technologies.

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with expertise in building and deploying advanced solutions.
• Mastery of Python, ML/AI frameworks, and libraries like Langchain, LlamaIndex, or Streamlit.
• In-depth understanding of RAG, fine-tuning, and semantic search.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and containerization tools.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage large-scale AI projects.
• Excellent communication and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency in English and Polish.
