Security Engineer

We are looking for a Security Engineer to manage vulnerabilities and ensure the security of software systems across cloud environments. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise with security tools and cloud platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify risks and implement effective remediation strategies.

Manage and remediate vulnerabilities in software systems in real time Utilize tools such as Qualys, Wireshark, Docker, and Kubernetes to identify and address security vulnerabilities Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP to ensure the security of software systems Collaborate with IT Security, IT, and asset owners to provide real-time alerts and recommended remediation solutions Stay updated on the latest security practices and vulnerabilities to proactively protect software systems 2+ years of experience in security engineering Knowledge of vulnerability management tools such as Qualys Familiarity with network security concepts and technologies Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP Capability to work remotely and independently, with no work from the office required Proficiency in English at a B2 level Background in DevOps and security monitoring Familiarity with security technologies like Wireshark, Docker, and Kubernetes Knowledge of Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure
