This role is based at Master of Code Global and is dedicated to Zipify, a Shopify product company formed together with Smart Marketer.

Founded in 2016, Zipify develops high-impact Shopify apps that help merchants increase conversion, average order value, and overall revenue. Its products are used by more than 18,000 Shopify brands, including Dr. Squatch, TUSHY, Buffy, and Victoria Beckham.

Zipify’s flagship product, OneClickUpsell , has generated more than $1.2 billion in upsell revenue for merchants. The app helps e-commerce brands increase sales by presenting relevant upsell offers at key stages of the customer journey.

Today, Zipify is evolving beyond a traditional SaaS model. The company is combining its proven products with AI-powered capabilities and high-value e-commerce services to help Shopify merchants achieve measurable and sustainable growth.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Middle Content Writer to join the content team behind Zipify OneClickUpsell. You’ll write and publish high-quality content across different formats, focusing mostly on SEO-optimized blog articles.

We take an AI-first approach to content creation, and we’re looking for someone comfortable working hands-on with Generative AI tools throughout the process, from research and drafting to refining tone and voice for brand consistency.

You’ll work closely with the Content Team Lead, SEO specialists, company stakeholders, designers, and other content specialists to keep content aligned with broader business goals.

What We Value in a New Master

• 2+ years of proven experience in writing in English at positions like Content Writer, Copywriter, or Content Creator, preferably in tech/outsourcing/IT
• Ability to write different marketing and promotional texts in various styles and formats, from emails to e-books
• At least B2 level of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• General understanding of overall digital marketing channels, tools, processes, and latest trends in content
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools for content creation and research.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices. Experience working with SEO tech tasks & keywords
• Motivation for professional growth and excellence, with a passion for writing and crafting interesting and compelling content, as well as technology and its latest trends

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in content management systems (WordPress or others)
• Experience with B2B SaaS / B2B e-commerce products aimed at the North American market

How You’ll Contribute

• Content creation: Independently write high-quality content across formats, including SEO-optimized articles for the Zipify blog, social media content for LinkedIn and Instagram, landing pages, lead magnets (e-books, checklists), and promotional materials
• Content publishing: Publish content directly; experience with CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus
• Design tasks: Develop technical briefs for visuals to accompany articles and other content types
• Trendwatching: stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and AI use cases
