Trueplay is a Loyalty Booster Suite that enables iGaming brands to build lasting customer relationships based on trust and mutual benefit. It features programs that ensure player interactions with iGaming platforms are exciting right from the start.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager for our new mobile SDK product to join our growing team.

It is important for us that you:

• Have 3+ years of experience in operations management/delivery/project management, etc., preferably within a B2B SaaS environment
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Analysis, Mathematics, or a related field
• Possess strong research and analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and identify growth opportunities
• Have proven project management skills with a track record of successfully leading several streams simultaneously
• Have a proven track record in managing stakeholders and overseeing complex projects
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
• Familiarity with the mobile app industry, SaaS products, and Web3 products would be a plus

You will be responsible for:

• Deep-diving into specific domain topics such as B2B SaaS SDK, Web3 RWA platforms, and gamification solutions, among others
• Leading and managing key projects to drive business growth and development
• Conducting thorough research and analysis, including both structured data and unstructured concepts
• Planning, organizing, and leading cross-functional initiatives
• Preparing comprehensive and engaging presentations for stakeholders, investors, and partners
• Supporting cooperation with external and internal stakeholders
